New Online Payment Option Available (MRI RentPayment)

The RentPayment Export has been added as a default report. If you are interested in using RentPayment for online payments, please contact your Account Manager.

Updates:

• When the original case was released (TM-4863) for a medical threshold percentage for MTW calculations, the field was added, but didn't take into consideration that decimals in the percentages were needed. This case is to correct that issue. Case TM-6010.
• The outgoing portable initiated households were being filtered out of the Schedule Inspections Annual and Failed Inspection listings. This has been corrected. Case: TM-4422 (IR-109753)
• The Oklahoma TIC form is now able to printed before the certification has been finalized. Case: TM-4402 (IR-112011).
• The Vendor Full Name fields has been added to the Inspection data source for use when creating inspection letters. Case: TM-4538 (IR-111440)
• A Vendor Sync Report has been created for use with AvidXChange. For more information, please contact your Account Manager. Case: TM-4583 (IR-109284)
• A correction has been made to the HUD-52665 form where Line 10 (Initial PHA Admin Fee) was not populating on an Initiated Outgoing Portable. Case: TM-4865 (IR-109332)
